长阳镇畅和园社区的

每个疫情防控岗上

都张贴出两份新的通知

这两份通知一份

是全英文的友情提示

另一份是中英双语版的

《社区疫情防控通知》

事情的起因要从一次上门核查说起

畅和园社区工作人员上门

给一户居民做情况核查

由于居民全家都是外籍

只会说英语

这可让工作人员犯了难

幸亏有一位女同事有些英文基础

“磕磕绊绊”完成了沟通

通过这件事

社区工作人员和包社区干部

都意识到了这个问题

社区共有四个防控岗

没准还会遇到

与外籍人士沟通的情况

不可能只依靠这一位同事

在讨论中

包社区干部赵颖

提出一个建议

为什么不能

将防控岗的提示变成双语呢

这样的话遇到外籍人士

根据这个也能沟通

赵颖的建议得到了大家的响应

大家立刻行动起来

为了保证英文的正确性

赵颖找到一位留学生朋友

根据中文内容帮忙编写英文

保证准确性

让外籍朋友看后不产生歧义

制作出来之后

工作人员将两份提示

迅速张贴到社区的

各个疫情防控岗的醒目位置

除了双语通知

自疫情防控工作启动以来

畅和园社区便尝试了

很多创意“点子”

社区针对返京人员

建立当日返京人员微信群管家

方便根据日期

进行相应提示和服务

比如记录返京人员体温

监测身体状况

统一配送生活物品

统一上门清理、消毒垃圾等

“为保障疫情期间社区居民安全，出小区进小区时，请主动出示出入证，配合工作人员测量体温。没有特殊情况的，请大家不要出门出院。必要外出时请戴好口罩，做好自我防护。如有发热咳嗽气促等症状，请及时联系社区党支部。”

这段话在畅和园社区的

各个疫情防控检查岗

每天都要用小广播

循环播放12小时

社区是疫情防控的重要防线

安全社区，人人有责

All communities will implement grid management to make sure closed prevention and control for COVID-19. Residents should enter and exit the community with access permits and temperature testing, and citizens are prohibited from entering and leaving public places without wearing masks. Meanwhile, all visitors and exotic vehicles are not allowed to enter the community, in case of special circumstances, which shall be registered and filed by the management personnel.People who just arrived Beijing must report and register to local communities as soon as possible in order to quarantine 14 days for health concerns.We believe that “early detection, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment” is the best way to prevent the outbreak. Nowadays it is everyone’s responsibility to protect himself avoiding re-transmission and cross-infection, and drive our neighbors to consciously comply with regulations.
